Boarding

The comment from our boarder is.." this place is designed for the horses! they are all so calm and happy" This is our goal with Coyote Creek.

We are on 20 gorgeous, dry acres backing onto a municipal park with numerous horse trails that lead to Campbell Valley Park. We chose this property for its location, on a quiet, safe road yet close to downtown Langley.

We currently have 34 stalls, some with in/out and huge dry paddocks with shelters. We boast 17 grass fields for rotational use by the boarders and many our our horses live like horses, outside 24/7
Our outdoor was ridable all year and is huge, 125x225 and the indoor, 2 yrs old only, is 80x180 and sand based. The horses are fed a minimum of 3x per day of good quality hay and grain(2x per day)Full board is $550.00 plus gst but prefer to do self-board at $275.plus gst a horse.

There will be space available for up to 20 horses starting August 1/09 and we would be prepared to lease out 1 full barn with tackroom/feed room, hay storage to 1 or 2 trainers. Outside trainers welcome as well as haul-ins.
