Boarding

the comment from our boarder is.." this place is designed for the horses! they are all so calm and happy" This is our goal with Coyote Creek.

We are on 20 gorgeous, dry acres backing onto a municipal park with numerous horse trails that lead to Campbell Valley Park. We chose this property for its location, on a quiet, safe road yet close to downtown Langley.

We currently have 30 stalls, some with in/out and huge dry paddocks with shelters. We boast 14 grass fields for rotational use by the boarders and many our our horses live like horses, outside 24/7
Our outdoor was ridable all year and is huge, 125x225 and the indoor, 2 yrs old only, is 80x180 and sand based. The horses are fed a minimum of 3x per day of good quality hay and grain(2x per day)
Full board is $525 plus gst. We do offer self board at $275 plus gst. We will feed your prepared feed in the mornings, monday to friday on self board.

Coyote Creek is becoming well known for selling nice/quality horses. If you need to send a horse to us to sell, the cost will be board of $525.oo plus gst and $20.00 per ride for training. A green horse should have 5 rides per week. A made horse might ony need 2 or 3 and with permission from the owner , can be hacked by a competant student to reduce costs. Total would be between $850 and $925 plus farrier/vet costs. We charge a 10% commission for selling a horse. We will happily show your horse for you at shows as well
for costs.
